1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation by WhatsApp or email stating the service, date, vehicle or tour type and total price. Prices displayed on this website are indicative; the written confirmation is binding.
2. Prices
Transfer prices are per vehicle and include tolls, parking and fuel. Tour prices state clearly what is included and excluded. Entrance fees are excluded unless specified.
3. Payment
Transfers may be paid in cash to the driver or by bank transfer in advance. Multi-day programmes require a deposit because flights and hotels are paid to suppliers upfront.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are stated on each tour page. As a general rule: transfers, free cancellation up to 24 hours before; day tours, up to 48 hours before; multi-day programmes, up to 14–21 days before. Airline-initiated cancellations are never charged.
5. Changes by us
We may adjust an itinerary where weather, road closures, ferry cancellations or official decisions make the original plan unsafe or impossible. We will always tell you in advance and offer an alternative or a refund of the affected portion.
6. Liability
All vehicles and passengers are insured as required by Turkish law. We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including flight delays caused by airlines, weather and force majeure.
7. Conduct
Drivers and guides may end a service without refund in cases of behaviour that endangers safety or is abusive.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish consumer arbitration committees and courts.
